Question by Bumblebee: How many times have families from Extreme Makeover sold or lost their home afterwards?

I read online that the Harper's lost theirs after taking out a loan against it and the Hebert's and the Sears are up for sale, apparently the Marreros tried to sell theirs too but cant because the land isn't theres, but then somebody said that this has happened a lot. The show seems to make out like all the families get a happy ever after and this just doesn't seem to be the case.

I've read two individual stories both featured on the highlights of Yahoo. I didn't read them but thought it was interesting that a show went thru the trouble for someone else's family to benefit.
